I have been a full time Realtor for over 30 years., the past several as my own office broker. I am offering money saving MLS entry only services in nearly all of Idaho and Oregon. I enjoy assisting sellers in selling their homes while saving them money with both the MLS entry only service as well as my full service-flat fee program. My goal with buyers is helping them buy what they would like to buy not what I want to sell them! I have been told that can be a novel idea. My overriding principle is treating people the way I would like to be treated.

When not helping folks with their real estate needs, I enjoy spending time with my wife and trying new restaurants. We are parents of 5 grown children and now enjoy our 9 grandchildren.

I spent several years on a local school board, and still serve in various callings and responsibilities in church.
